November 3rd, 2022 - Doral, FL

Interlink Group, A regional wireless integration company that engages in design-build of low voltage infrastructure has been selected by GFO Investments to deploy a new pilot program at the Gale Hotel in South Beach. Part of the Hilton Hotels Curio Collection, the hotel is one of the first properties to receive a CBRS Private LTE system that can offer 5G high speed connectivity to hotel guests and staff alike. Interlink Group provides design and installation services for the radio equipment, fiber optic and network infrastructure as well as testing and certification services.

August 30th, 2022 - Miami, FL

Interlink Group, A regional wireless integration company that engages in design-build of low voltage infrastructure has been selected by Crescent Heights to design the new NEMA Miami 5G neutral host wireless system.
Located at 2900 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, NEMA Miami will have 588 residential apartments. The development will anchor a Whole Foods Market on the ground floor to serve residents of the building. The architect of NEMA Miami is Arquitectonica and the interiors were designed by The Rockwell Group.
Interlink Group selected ADRF as the DAS platform of choice. Interlink Group has had a long-standing relationship with Advanced Digital RF systems (ADRF) and choose the ADXV platform for its versatility and ability to accommodate the new CBRS bands.
NEAM Miami is expected to be completed in early 2024.

August 12, 2022 - Miami, FL

Interlink Group, A regional integration company that engages in design-build of low voltage infrastructure has been selected by REES Architects and Sunbeam Properties to design the new WSVN West Channel 7 studio facility. Services include audio-visual, data networks, wireless and fiber optic network infrastructure. Design and project management services as well as team coordination are top
Interlink Group will be working alongside REES and BeckTV to integrate the broadcast and data networks into a cohesive system. BeckTV designs and integrates broadcast systems providing design, engineering, procurement, and project management for all broadcast solutions. REES is an architectural firm specializing in broadcast facility design as well as other commercial and specialty projects.

April 30th, 2021 - Miami Beach, FL

Interlink Group, A regional wireless integration company that engages in design-build of low voltage infrastructure has been selected by GFO Investments to design the new Natiivo low voltage technology package. Natiivo is a first of its kind home sharing concept. Sixth Street Miami Partners, part of the Galbut Family Office, led by Miami Beach residents Keith Menin and Marisa Galbut, who are also part of Miami-based developer Crescent Heights are developing the project.

March 1, 2019 – Doral, FL

The City of Doral awards new contract to Interlink Group for Video Surveillance of the new Glades Park due to open this summer off of 107th avenue. The contract include the installation of multiple AXIS Communication cameras and expansion of the existing On-Net Surveillance VMS systems.

February 2, 2019 – Palmetto Bay, FL

Interlink Group proposes new Wireless High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) at Palmetto Bay Park for residents and staff. The new design will allow Internet access to all of the common areas of the park to include baseball bleachers, recreation building, basketball courts, playground areas and concession stand.

October 26, 2018 – Boca Raton, FL

Interlink is awarded a new animal rescue facility in Boca Raton for Seawood Builders of Deerfield Beach. Operated by Tri-County Humane Society, the facility will house operating, boarding, birthing and intake of homeless or abandoned dog and cats. A complete technology package is planned including data network, surveillance, wireless connectivity, servers and audio-visual systems. It is the first of a multiple building expansion designed to upgrade Tri-County’s animal rescue and shelter facilities.

June 10, 2018 – Deerfield Beach, FL

Kaufman-Lynn construction company contracts Interlink Group to design campus wide public safety DAS system for the JM Family Enterprises new corporate campus. The system comprises seven buildings made up of three 4-story office buildings, corporate food service, conference and training center, sports complex and central energy plant. Design was based on Zinwave Wireless distributed fiber DAS that can carry 150-2700 MHz spectrum.

March 27, 2018 – Coconut Grove, FL

Ransom Everglades School undergoes a major infrastructure upgrade to accommodate a new STEM building. The school had to relocate the existing server room due to demolition that had to take place to construct the new STEM facility. Interlink Group built a new Computer Equipment Room in an existing building that was slated for remodeling. As part of the upgrade, Interlink Group chose Corning Cable Systems to replace the complete fiber optic infrastructure on campus. In addition, all legacy systems were retired and a new IP paging and announcement system was deployed for emergency lockdown and classroom paging and clock functions. Atlas-IED was the vendor that provided equipment to accommodate the IP announcements and paging.

April 10, 2017 – Miami, FL

Lehman Pipe and Plumbing Supply awards Interlink Group the design-build contract for the new 85K square foot warehouse and distribution facility in Miami Florida. Working with owners rep firm DSS, Interlink will design full video surveillance, access control, wireless and data center systems for Lehman’s new corporate offices, retail and warehouse that will be relocating from the Wynwood area that they have occupied since the company opened back in 1946.

January 12, 2017 – Goulds, FL

JAXI Builders of Doral awards Interlink Group design & Installation of an In-Building two-way radio repeater system for Karis Village Residential, an affordable housing community focused on veterans. The project designed by architectural firm Behar-Font Partners is developed by CarrFour Supportive Housing and Green Mills. CarrFour develops low cost affordable housing to help homelessness in the South Florida area.
