Jill Steinberg
Jill Steinberg is a Founder and President of Interlink Group. After a long retail career in personal computer sales of Apple and the First Windows PC’s for ComputerBanc, back in the 1980-1990's, Jill now runs the management operational functions, overseeing accounting, procurement and human resource departments.
Ms. Steinberg is responsible for insurance compliance, payroll & benefits administration, AHJ permitting compliance, notice to owner filings, accounts receivable and daily corporate operations.

M. Bradford Sherman
Bradford Sherman is a Founder and COO of Interlink Group. Leading a successful restructuring over at the public electrical firm Integrated Electrical Services back in 2006, he has refined processes in PMOS and other operational efficiencies, while growing 5 branches in the Florida market. He serves as the State Qualifier and holds NICET & BICSI Certifications as well as FCC licenses for the Company. Bradford serves as the Design Lead for Interlink Group and oversees estimation and field operations.

Frank J. Horkey
Frank Horkey serves as the accounting professional for Interlink Group Professional Services as well as the CPA Firm that provides financial guidance and corporate governance. Frank is a practicing accountant and CPA. After working at Deloitte, he started his firm Horkey & Associates PA in 1991 servicing municipal, institutional and private sectors in the South Florida area. Frank serves as CEO of T-REX Acquisition Group, a publicly traded co-location data company.
Management Team
Irene Garcia
Project Manager
Ms. Garcia performs AutoCAD design work and project engineering in the low voltage systems group that handles wireless DAS, surveillance and access control disciplines. Irene has a background in engineering and environmental sciences.
Irene joined Interlink Group in 2021. Prior to joining Interlink Irene worked for APX Engineering as A&E coordinator where she engaged in wireless site design and implementation projects for carriers such as Verizon and T-Mobile. Irene holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Experimental National University of Tachira San Cristobal Venezuela.

Yosvani Guerrero
Estimator & Designer
Mr. Guerrero performs estimates and project take-offs for a wide array of low voltage telecommunication, RF, AV and security scopes. Starting his career in Cuba as an telecommunications engineer for Bouygues Batiment International (AEI), Yosvani has been involved in the electrical and low voltage industry for the past 10 years, growing to MEP department manager.
Yosvani joined Interlink Group in early 2024 and has been instrumental in projects such as Wynwood 2200, FORMA Miami, Eagle Manufacturing and Natiivo Miami which is part of the Gale Hotel network. After spending time in the field as a lead technician, Yosvani was promoted to the role of Estimator and AutoCAD Designer due to his background in telecommunication design and CAD work.

Armando Silva
Project Engineer
Mr. Silva supervises the field installation operations of Interlink Group, assuring scope and standards compliance. His main concentration is in areas of wireless communications and building automation and technologies. Mr. Silva was employed by one of the premier automations companies in Santiago de Cuba as an Automation Engineer where he was responsible for electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic process control with PLC and SCADA systems.

Esteven Ortiz
Field Foreman DAS
Mr. Ortiz handles DAS deployments from a constructability point managing installation crews as well as equipment installation and logistics. Esteven has been involved in the tower and DAS side of contracting as a construction technician and then manager in the New York area.
Esteven joined Interlink Group in early 2020 during the height of the pandemic and has been instrumental in the NCL Port of Miami DAS system rollout throughout the COVID19 peak. The issues that the virus posed were challenging. Prior to joining Interlink in 2020, Esteven worked as a subcontractor for local integration companies in SFL after he relocated his family from New York City.

Roberto Caraza
Field Installation Supervisor
Mr. Caraza comes to interlink Group after ten years of service at Blue Wave Communications. First as an Installation Technician, then progressing to Lead Technician, where he was responsible for Cleveland Clinic Weston infrastructure projects. He later transitioned into the field as a Field Supervisor where he managed installation teams. Eventually aspiring for growth in our industry, he accepted the challenge of a Project Manager position where he learned planning, design, scheduling phases for large projects, gaining valuable experience in project goals and milestones.
At Interlink Roberto started in a field foreman position running installation crews to deploy Data, Security and Wireless systems. He was promoted to Field Installation Supervisor to manage the scheduling, team training and material resources of Interlinks projects.

Martin Rivas
Project Coordinator
Mr. Rivas is part of the Project Management Team having been recently promoted from the field into the position of Project Coordinator. Starting his career as an electrical apprentice, Martin has grown by being in the field performing low voltage installations for the past two years while at Interlink Group.
In his previous roles as an electrical apprentice, Martin learned field technics and installation practices as well as electrical fundamentals. He is now well versed in Telecommunication data systems, audio-visual and DAS RF radio systems, as he moved forward to learning the industry in more depth.
