Greg Aiken

Greg Aiken

Greg Akin is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Tillman Digital Cities (TDC) focused on planning and delivering 5G DAS, Wi-Fi, and Private Networks across complex environments - corporate campuses, higher education, healthcare, hospitality, stadiums, and mixed-use developments. Before joining TDC, Greg served as Director of Regional Sales at Westell Technologies, scaling public-safety DAS solutions. Prior to Westell, he held roles at SBA Communications as Real Estate Acquisitions Manager and Senior Implementations Manager, leading site leasing, landlord negotiations, and engineering solutions, experience that grounds his designs in real-world constructability, schedule, and risk. Earlier, he was a founding owner of Envision Wireless, an RF engineering firm responsible for RF benchmarking, design, and commissioning for outdoor and in-building wireless networks.

Demonstrated expertise in systems integration, cybersecurity, enterprise solutions, and municipal IT governance.

Also, an experienced educator, serving as an adjunct professor at both undergraduate and graduate levels, with a passion for bridging theory and practice to develop the next generation of IT professionals. Combines leadership, technical acumen, and teaching experience to make a lasting impact in both organizational and academic environments.

Charles Michelson

In addition to his office management, client relations, and administrative responsibilities, Mr. Michelson maintains an active role in the planning, design, and production of the firm’s architectural projects. With a background in Urban Planning, he participates in programming, feasibility studies, master plans, site planning & other research projects.

Charles Michelson has earned his board certification in healthcare architecture (ACHA). Charles passed an accredited examination that assesses the knowledge and understanding of architects specializing in healthcare. With this certification, Mr. Michelson joins the ranks of more than 400 board-certified healthcare architects in the United States and Canada who have received this important architectural credential.

Mr. Michelson has 33 years of medical healthcare project experience. He also has AHCA hospital experience at Memorial Regional Hospital, Memorial Regional Hospital South, Memorial Hospital Pembroke, Mariners Hospital, Jupiter Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center, Boca Raton Community Hospital & Baptist Health.

Mr. Michelson’s experience includes an extensive portfolio of Public & Private projects, Educational (K-12), and College/University projects.
